3. Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order. We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfers. All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with Tanzanian consumer protection laws.
