What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 1 carton. For 350ml and 500ml bottles that is 24 bottles per carton; for 1.5L it is 12 bottles per carton. There is no carton minimum for the 20L dispenser jug.

Do you offer a 350ml bottle?
Yes — our 350ml bottle is available at 400 TZS per unit, packed 24 bottles per carton. It is ideal for events, hospitality catering, and institutional supply.

Can you deliver to Mombasa Street, Zanzibar Urban / West?
Yes. Mombasa Street (near the vegetable market) falls within our Zanzibar Urban/West priority zone. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 am. Orders of 500+ units in this zone qualify for free delivery.

How do I set up a monthly invoiced account?
Contact our sales team via WhatsApp or email with your company name, TIN number, estimated monthly volume, and preferred delivery schedule. We will send a credit application form within 24 hours. Approved accounts receive net-30 terms and are invoiced at the end of each calendar month.

What payment methods are accepted for corporate accounts?
Bank transfer (TZS, CRDB Bank) is the preferred method for all invoiced orders. Mobile money and cash on delivery are also available for standard orders.

Are delivery charges included in unit prices?
Delivery is free for orders of 500+ units within the Zanzibar Urban/West zone. For smaller orders or other zones a delivery charge applies — contact us for a fully-delivered price quotation.
